Exam stress is real and it affects almost every student. A small amount of stress is actually useful — it keeps you motivated. But too much stress hurts your performance and your health. At Malay Coaching Classes, Pipliyahana, Indore, we guide our students on handling exam pressure just as much as we guide them on studying.

Why Students Feel Stressed

How to Reduce Exam Stress

1. Make a Plan and Stick to It

Most exam stress comes from uncertainty. When you have a clear study plan and follow it every day, you wake up knowing you are on track. This single thing removes 50% of exam anxiety.

2. Stop Comparing Yourself With Others

Your journey is yours alone. Focus on your own improvement — are you better than you were last month? That is the only comparison that matters.

3. Take Breaks Without Guilt

Your brain needs rest to consolidate memory. Studying for 8 hours straight without breaks is less effective than studying for 6 hours with proper 10-minute breaks every 45 minutes.

4. Exercise Every Day

Even a 20-minute walk every evening reduces stress hormones significantly. Physical activity improves concentration, mood and memory. Do not skip this during exam season.

5. Talk to Someone

If you are feeling very overwhelmed, talk to a teacher, parent or trusted friend. At Malay Coaching Classes, our teachers are always available to talk to students who need guidance — academic or otherwise.

How to Improve Focus While Studying

"The students who perform best in exams are not the ones who studied the most hours — they are the ones who studied the right way and took care of their health throughout."

Board exams are important, but they are not the only measure of your potential. Give your best, stay consistent and trust the process. You will get through this!
