Malay Coaching Classes was not born from a business plan — it was born from frustration. Two brothers who experienced poor quality education first-hand decided to build something better. Something that actually cares.
Both Malay and Samay Baheti grew up attending coaching centres in Indore — centres that were more interested in collecting fees than actually teaching. Students were just numbers. Nobody checked if they understood. Nobody cared if they improved.
Both brothers independently found themselves teaching their own friends — because they could explain things better than the teachers at those expensive centres. That ability to explain, to connect, to make students actually understand — it came naturally to them.
In 2021, Malay took the leap and started Malay Coaching Classes at Pipliyahana Square, Indore. Samay joined shortly after. Today, with 500+ students taught, a 4.9 Google rating and students in IIMs, Shri Ram College of Commerce, government services and on the path to becoming CAs — the mission is proving itself every single year.
Malay has been teaching since before he even realised it — explaining concepts to friends, simplifying what textbooks made complicated. With 10+ years of teaching experience, he founded Malay Coaching Classes in 2021 with one clear goal: to build the coaching centre he himself never had.
His teaching philosophy goes beyond books. He does not just teach Accountancy — he teaches students how actual businesses work, how real financial decisions are made, and why these subjects matter in real life. His students have gone on to study at IIM, Shri Ram College of Commerce, crack government exams and reach the final stages of becoming Chartered Accountants.
In class, Malay is not just a teacher — he is a friend who happens to know everything about Commerce.
Samay always had a knack for making the most complicated concepts feel simple. Like his brother, he spent years teaching his school friends — often explaining things better than the teachers at the coaching centre they both attended. The realisation that mediocre teaching was getting away with charging good money was, in his own words, an ego challenge he had to answer.
With 5+ years of teaching experience and a B.Tech background, Samay brings a practical, logical approach to Science and Maths. He does not just teach formulas — he teaches students to think analytically, to understand the why behind every concept, and to never be afraid of a difficult problem.
Outside the classroom Samay runs Baheti Financial Solutions, works on coding projects and follows the financial markets closely — bringing real-world perspective into every lesson he teaches.
We believe students learn best when they are comfortable. At Malay Coaching Classes the atmosphere is warm, friendly and judgement-free. Ask any question, make any mistake — that is how learning happens.
Rote learning creates students who pass exams. Deep understanding creates students who succeed in life. We focus on concepts first — formulas and answers come naturally after that.
Accountancy is not just journal entries — it is how businesses survive. Maths is not just equations — it is logic that solves real problems. We connect every topic to the real world so students never ask "why am I learning this?"
We deliberately keep our batches small. Every student gets personal attention. Every doubt gets answered. No student is left behind because a class moved too fast. This is our non-negotiable promise.
We track every student's progress. Regular tests, mock exams and personalised feedback ensure that improvement is continuous — not just a hope. Our 4.9 Google rating and 500+ students are proof that this works.
Our responsibility does not end when class ends. Career guidance, college selection advice, exam strategy — we are invested in every student's complete journey. Many of our students stay in touch long after they graduate from here.
We do not teach students to participate. We teach them to win — in exams, in careers and in life. That has always been the mission here.
